This is a place where you stand in line at the counter and figure out what you want to order. Behind the counter the staff go into action to create the bowls/wraps you are looking for with a number of choices. You can choose various...items for your bowl. The poke itself is decent and fresh. The crabmeat is fake. They lacked some of the protein selections when I attended recently which was a disappointment. You pay at the end of the line and when they are finished making your selection. There are some seats inside. There is tap water, but their drinking containers are super small. Overall, we liked the poke dishes but nothing special here. A regular sized bowl is more than enough.
