We visited this restaurant and were greeted by a wonderful hostess which turned out to be our server. (EMMA) She was very courteous and professional. She quickly cleaned off our table and offered the menus. We came especially for the half price appetizers and were...looking forward to our meal. We had the online menu downloaded and ordered our meal. Emma served us in a timely manner and took great care of us. Very happy with her service. However our experience was ruined by the owner Frank. We received our bill and found that one of the appetizers wasn't honoured with the 1/2 priced promotion. The owner made excuses and refused to reduce the pricing, blaming our wonderful server. This wasn't the maturity or the professionalism expected from an owner. We paid our bill and assured our server Emma that her service was amazing and our frustration was not caused by her. We will never return to this restaurant. We wish Emma all the best in her future endeavorsMore
