Having lived for a number of years in Singapore and Brunei, dishes like nasi lemak, char guay teow, roti chanai recall fond memories and excite the taste buds. Potluck satisfies those taste buds admirably. We arrived just at opening time and within minutes the place...was full (COVID means their limited table settings are even more limited). Order and pay at the counter and minutes later one of the chefs brought out our meals...I had asked for extra spicy guay teow and they nailed it. Roti chanai OK and the laksa was lovely although probably should have asked for that to be spiced up a bit as well. Wanted to order the chicken rice (they use the Thai phrase kao mun gai) but apparently only available in the evening. A very tasty lunch with chefs who obviously know what they are doing...congrats!.
