I saw their Facebook page said that they cook their broth for over 10 hours and that it is a unique traditional hot pot cuisine. And oh my GOD! Their beef is on the next level. When my girlfriend and I finished the meal, we...had to just sit for a while to fully embrace the blissful satisfaction that was going on in my body. Overall place is clean and looking pretty ordinary. We didn't notice anything aversive. Their staff is great, very polite and instructive (it was my first time eating hot pot and I needed assistance). Awesome experience overall. Do be careful with peppers and spices when you make your sauce! Too bad I am not from Calgary, otherwise I would've loved to visit this place again. But I definitely put it on the map. Highly recommend those beef balls. They will send you to the MOON!More
