I went to the Hudson to get a grilled cheese at Salt Spring Island Cheese for the first time in a few months. It used to be amazing. One of the best grilled cheese sandwiches I've ever had in Victoria. It seems as though it...has gone downhill since then. I did not enjoy it this time. I will try it again to see if this was just a one time thing but I still feel as though the quality is not as good.
