We stopped by one afternoon for the sole purpose of having a signature cocktail with Empress gin at the Q Bar in the Fairmont Empress Hotel. We were not disappointed. The Empress Gin Lemonade was a favourite. Tasted as good as it looked. We also...enjoyed the charcoal popcorn for a quick snack. Service was friendly.
