I had a cup of the new mocha cold drink. As I went into the washroom I was shocked with the condition. Never have I seen a washroom in so bad condition in a coffee shop. It made me want to puke ! Water was...on the floor everywhere, toilet paper was hanging around the toilet bowl, and it smelled so bad. There wasn't even a warning sign that the floor could be slippery. In the more than one hour I was there no effort was made to correct the condition. The store was quite warm too and I noticed that the airconditioning was running. This is one to skip.
