Expect a small line up on the sidewalk for dine-in service at this tiny, gem of a restaurant. We waited 30 minutes for a table for 2 and once inside saw why - its a small but comfortable space, made even more challenging by Ontario's...covid social distancing rules. However, it's well worth the wait. We had the gyozo and the zangi for starters. Both ere excellent. The zangi in particular stood out for me, tender juicy chicken thigh nuggets, fried with that gingery, savory flavor of Japanese fried chicken. It was served super hot, just out of the fryer so needed a little time before eating. We next had the Simple Set and Tonkotsu. Bother were large portions filled with thin noodles, that savory, cocunut broth. Simple set also came with a dish of tender pork bites and Tonkotsu with tender pork belly. Bothe were filling and delicious. Service is quick and super friendly. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommended (as if they need any more word of mouth).
