I came to the arena to watch my son play hockey. My wife decided to go up to the heated viewing area, and are we ever glad we did. In the space above the ice surface they had 2 projection screens, 4 wide-screen T.V.'s and...a room full of great hockey fans cheering on their beloved Flames. When I got there, I read the menu which included all kinds of pub fair and drinks, at a very reasonable cost. Our server was a friendly, smiling gal, who obviously loved her job. The salt and pepper wings we ordered were piping hot, and juicy and were fabulous. Some of the other patrons were enjoying such fare as calamari, cheeseburgers, nachos and chicken fingers and all of it looked very tasty and well presented. The atmosphere for doing what the guests were doing here was absolutely perfect...hockey is in our blood, and if you have a wonderful place like this to eat and drink while you are watching-both live AND televised, you have a great thing going!!!More
