Pho! Pho! Pho! Xmas in July. The Northern Hai Phong Vietnamese food was good but small. And the price was a the price is more than most pho restaurants. Probably because of the location. However, the food tasted really good and the other dozen customers...think so too. The chicken with spring roll and vermicelli was tasty but smaller compared to other Pho restaurants. My wifes pork chop and chicken and rice was good too but the vietnamese rice was hard but tasty. So even though it is pricier compared to others the taste will make me comeback for more.
