This particular location has seen many restaurants over the past several years. Most of them have failed. Finally, this one looks like a winner based on the lineups so far. Noodle shops are getting more and more popular so one featuring beef cooked Taiwanese style...is a welcomed addition. I tried the signature beef noodle soup. Big chunks of tender beef. The broth was a touch spicy but not overpowering for my taste. My wife had the dry wonton noodles which comes with soup on the side. Slush drinks are on the menu so it takes a bit getting used to the loud sound of ice being crushed. Staff is friendly and very courteous. Let’s hope they can sustain the good start.
