Having Googled a few microbrewery establishments in the area, my husband and I decided to try Korrigane’s. We arrived to discover an Open Mic session to what looked like. Full house and thought we wouldn’t be bow to stay. Luckily, the barman spotted us immediately...and took us through to another room which turned out to be the main room of the brasserie. Having been seated, we were left with the menus and assured hat any questions re the ales available would be sorted. Our waiter was charming and our meals were delivered promptly with the paired beers. We are in Quebec for a few days and I wouldn’t be surprised if we returned to the Korrigane. I would definitely recommend it.
