Recently stood in line for 25 minutes to order the newest addition to the Edmonton ice cream scene. I ordered the Bounty Killah which is Coconut soft serve, shredded toasted coconut, dark chocolate sauce. Only an hour after opening they were out of Coconut soft...serve so I substituted vanilla. Also ordered Chocolate, Peanut Butter, Caramel which is Vanilla soft serve, peanut butter sauce, caramel sauce, chocolate peanut crumble, chocolate sauce. I moved to the other side of the line and waited another 35 minutes for my order. One gal taking the orders and working the till and two people filling the orders. Clearly one was the manager as he had to stop and help the gal at the till when she had a problem. It seems to me that they need far more organization to keep things running smoothly. Finally got my order and we were greatly disappointed. Hardly worth the greatly overpriced ice cream. The ice cream was just okay and the toppings not at all appealing.
