I'm a sucker for dumplings and this place hits the spot. It's a small, no nonsense eatery with less than 10 tables. The menu is limited but what they do have is really good. I am always looking for good pan-fried dumplings and this place's...dumpling have the great crispy, thick, chewy skin that I love. You can see the ladies in the kitchen continuously wrapping many types of dumplings. I also tried the pan fried buns which were good but not my favourite. Many other tables had the steamed xiao long bao and they seemed to enjoy it. Wang's takes only cash and the washrooms are weirdly across the street. Other than those quirks, this place is a solid.
