My wife ordered and prepaid a pizza by credit card from the Lorenzo's website yesterday. When I went to collect it the waitress then the manager claimed no payment had been made and refused to give me the pizza. I showed the manager the email...receipt showing that the invoice had been paid by credit card, at which point the manager abruptly and aggressively told me this was not her problem and told me to contact the company which runs their website, making it clear the pizza was not leaving the restaurant until I paid for it again. To say I was shocked and appalled does not do it justice. Needless to say neither us nor our friends in the neighbourhood will ever spend money at this place again.
