So tonight we were running late and just grabbed Wendy’s for dinner. It was an order with a few changes in it. A kids chicken nugget meal with white milk A kids hamburger meal with mustard ketchup tomatoes and pickles A Spicy chicken meal with...chilli and a small frosty A spicy chicken meal plain with lettuce as a bun and a baked potato with cheese and bacon And a jr bacon cheese burger only ketchup and lettuce Brooke the drive through attendant was fantastic and repeated everything back right, she was very polite and easy going with the changes When the food came we had no straws, no spoon for the frosty, no fries in the kids meals, and there was cheese on the kids burger. Since I had my kids I went back through the drive through They said pull up, I was given a bag with two burgers not near what I ordered and a chicken wrap. So I gave it back as my 5 year old is very particular. Again no fries. When we spoke to the manager at the window she did apologize but made an excuse that she has new people in the kitchen and she was not sure what they were doing. I offered to pull over in the parking lot to not hold up the drive through but was told not to worry they hadn’t started the other food yet to focus on getting mine right. Then I was given a kids burger with only ketchup, again I said this was wrong, no fries still but they did verify the order 3 times to get the burger right. They then gave me the correct burger with fries that at this point were barely warm. About 25 minutes had elapsed. I asked if there was a coupon or anything for the next visit since it was a long wait and our other food would be cold. I was told that they don’t do anything like that and apologized to again. I only needed to go 2 blocks to pick up my wife as she was at Fortinos shopping. We decided to eat right away since it would be most likely cold. It was still a little warm but the jbc was cold. Now the lettuce wrap was 1 thin piece of lettuce each side, the now most other Wendy’s locations ensure the lettuce is green and you get several pieces. I was very happy with Brooke but the rest of the experience was just bad. I still like Wendy’s but unsure if I will go back to this location. Sorry if you were behind me in line tonight.
