I ordered 4 chana baturas and 2 chat papris at 6:00 p.m. Picked it up at 7:00 p.m. The potatoes in the chana as well as the chat papri were hard and tasted like previously frozen. When we went to the counter I added 1...more dish i.e. makki roti and saag. the person at the counter said it would take an additional 15 min. To which we cancelled the saag order. This was not well received. These immigrants come to Canada with the same mindset from their native land. If one had to cancel an order at McDonalds the Customer Service would have gladly cancelled with a smile. Would someone please train these newbies with Canadian etiquette and good customer service? This is the last time I will patronize this restaurant. Have been going there since 2017 and standard has gone down drastically.
