We booked the patio, knowing that it has heaters and a good atmosphere. However the restaurant made an additional temporary ‘patio’ next to an office building, with one of the seats of our table on concrete. Considering it was November sitting on a concrete slab with no heater was not good. There was no atmosphere at all and we asked to move to the actual patio as we had made a booking in advance but were told no. We then had to wait 30 minutes in the cold to make our order. Overall this was a very disappointing experience for a birthday celebration!
