I am very upset with my experience at this location and will regret my life that I ever visited this restaurant. I was staying at the hotel travel lodge and ordered my daily break fast from smitty's. On my second day, this manager name RON...he took my order and provided me my food with some pan cakes missing. I went to hotel room and realized my order was incomplete so, I came back and requested him to give me what was missing from my food. I was shocked to see his behaviour on this. I was expecting an apology but instead he started confronting with me and yelling at me. He started blaming me when I showed him his menu card and tried to remind him what I actually ordered. Not just this but he also intimated me. I mean who does that to customer. I have never seen some one yelling and swearing at customers like that. I have never been humiliated in my life like this before therefore, I left the food on their counter walked away without even getting any refund. I would never ever recommend this restaurant to anyone specially if this person is on duty. Also, I would bring this to the owner's attention to change the manager or train their staff some business ethics and professionalism if they want their business to be in the market.
