Batch is a nice spot and the food has been great in the past.
Batch is a nice spot and the food has been great in the past. This time however the advertised special was not available, the replacement took longer than expected. There was 8 of us and we got our food at different times. We didn’t get any food delivered to the table for an hour. The staff and manager did what they could and were helpful but the food was not hot when it finally arrived and my steak was over cooked. It was truly disappointing and not up to their usual standards.
