Chez Delmo is a very special place. The owners Benoit and Adam deserve to be proud. The food is outstanding and the focus on fish and seafood is some of the best in North America and beyond. The dover sole is a show stopper which...is no doubt as it's the restaurant's signature dish. It's perfect. Make sure you have it with frites for extra dipping into the remarkable brown butter sauce. All the dishes are done right and have a special "house touch" that is familar but hard to identify - true restaurant magic. Tip my hat to the kitchen. Benoit was a perfect host - treated all of us like friends. My daugther is starting her second year at McGill and we've been twice in the past, but Chez Delmo will now be a must-do stop every time I'm in Montreal. See you soon!More
