I attended the Brossard location, for take away. We chose spring rolls and 2 soups: grilled chicken, then rare beef, brisket & tendon. The rolls were superb. Really tightly wrapped, with 3 shrimp, some coriander and lettuce, and nice noodles (not sure whether rice or...mung bean, but cooked nicely). As for the soups, they were simply WOW. The broth is flavorful, with just a hint of star anis and cloves. Fragrant and tasty,but not overpowering. The grilled chicken was fantastic and tasted like it was just picked off the skewer. The beef soup was just as flavorful: the rare beef was well… rare and red; brisket nice and fatty; tendon cooked to be “gummy bear” perfect chewiness. This was our first try at this restaurant, and we are simply in love with them. We ordered take away for 3PM. Arrived at 3:03 and the order was ready to go, piping hot (except the rolls, of course). Very happy. Total, tax in, before tip : 37$ CAD. Very affordable for the quality and quantity.
