Excellent service began from being greeted at the door with our reservations, (you need reservations here!) to sitting down and polite servers and quick service to take empty plates away while eating....so hard to have a place where there are actually a lot of servers...around at most Chinese restaurants nowadays. Anyway, we all ordered the basic chicken soup and we all enjoyed it so much. The soup was tasty and not full of msg. I couldn't help drinking the soup every now and then which i have never done at hotpot places. We ordered fish paste and fresh beancurd skin and loved them. The veggies and meat were all very good. I especially like that there were small pieces of cantaloup and oranges at the condiment station that you can get and they were so fresh and sweet! Never have i seen such nice fruits cut up and still kept so fresh. I couldn't help commenting to the server about how great their service was tonight and that we will advertise to all our friends. Will definitely recommend this place to everyone i know and can't wait to come back again! We didn't order any seafood just the fish and shrimp paste and dinner was $40 per person including tips. Very reasonable for what we got and the great service tonight. Will definitely bring all our out-of town guests here too!More
