Just wanted to say how much I love Sleepy Owl Bakery and also loved 2LDs review of the Sleepy Owl bakery! It's what I would have written, if 2LDs had not been so well done! (P.S. Our favorites include Potato Onion, Oatmeal Raisin). Joanne is...a sweetheart and because of the distance is even willing to set aside bread for me so I only have to make the trip to her bakery once a week. Helps, especially since we have so many favorites! I drive 45 minutes, one way just to come to this bakery. After spending 3 months in France, I have come to really appreciate well made bread. We even had family arrive from Toulouse, France and I was really proud to serve this bread during their stay with us! This is the best bread hands down that I have eaten in Winnipeg since our return!More
