I was meaning to check this out for a while and finally did this week & was very glad I did! Nice clean & modern decor, great music selection (hip hop & DJ jams) and very prompt service. I have to rave about the broth...- it is SO good, not too salty like I've found with numerous other places, and has great flavor. We started with the Edamame and the only complaint I have is that it was a little expensive for what it is. I always order edamame at Japanese restaurants and it's usually twice the portion at a couple dollars cheaper. It wasn't a deal breaker, but was a little surprising. I had the Nagasaki bowl and my boyfriend had the miso. While my bowl had a very good portion of protein (shrimp & salmon) my boyfriend did complain that there was not enough protein for the price in his miso bowl. Now we know for next time that adding additional meat is probably a good idea. All in all, a pretty good experience. They could give you a little more for the price though, for sure.
