We came for Valentine’s Day. As we came, there was no music, the ambiance was weird. We ordered our food, and we noticed how other couples kept looking at the waiter and the sushi chefs, wondering when their food would come. 40 mins gone by,...only glasses of water came. I asked for at least the soup to come as I was hungry, and honestly, you can just pour soup for your customers. Our soup never came. While we were waiting, 4 tables of customers who came around the same as us decided to leave one by one. What was worse was the fact that they also had online orders. They were busy making the food for the online orders that they were overwhelmed and didn’t have time to serve the customers who were sitting down. People who came to pick up their orders had to wait a while too. Honestly, if you cannot handle the online orders and the few customers sitting there, turn off the online orders or put the sign outside the door “closed.” And my soup and salad never came. We ended up leaving as well. Worst experience ever during Valentine’s Day. You’d expect restaurants would be prepared for this day. Prepare your ingredients, soup, salad, etc to prepare for service. They were far from prepared.
