The ready-to-eat food at this Whole Foods is horribly bland and often very low quality. My partner and I recently purchased burrito bowls, and by the time we got home five minutes later, they were ice cold—clearly there must have been something wrong with their...warming station. I called to complain, and instead of offering us a refund, the customer service agent just said she would make sure the temperatures were turned up for future guests. $20 wasted.
