Friday night Dine Out Vancouver 2020 dinner! Reservations required it was a full house. The restaurant is beautiful: contemporary and clean. The staff was super attentive considering it was a busy evening. We ordered: Appetizer: - beef tar tar with taro chips: this is by...far one of the tastiest beef tar tar and the thin taro Chip was the perfect vessel that provided a perfect crunch. I wished I had a couple more chips. - king salmon & albacore tuna crudo: each piece was perfectly seasoned and it's super fresh. You know when it's super fresh OMG! Entree: - confit duckleg: this was good but a bit salty for my liking. The cranberry sauce did help bring down the saltiness. - uni @ seafood risotto: this was perfect comfort food on a rainy evening in Vancouver. Every bite with a seafood was delicious and rich. Must try! Dessert: - fondant au chocolate: this was delectable & rich. If you like chocolate, this is for you! - mango yogurt cheesecake: this was really nice dessert if you like something less sweet. Mango flavour was evident. This was a fantastic dining experience!More
