The first and foremost note about Billoo's is the quality of service we received. Sanjay, the owner, is friendly and charismatic to a fault. Even if the food hadn't been fantastic, it would be worth visiting Billoo's just for a conversation with Sanjay. Luckily for...us, though, the food met those same standards - this was the best Indian cuisine my family has ever had! We ordered the vegetable biryani, chili garlic noodles, shahi paneer, butter chicken, fish pakoras, and some sides of naan and roti, as well as one mango smoothie - absolutely everything was delicious. My dad, a notoriously picky eater, wiped his plate clean of food with every last scrap of naan. If we weren't from out of town, Billoo's would become a nigh-on weekly tradition of my family, and we couldn't recommend it more.
