I've tried many but this is one place I return to often.
I've tried many but this is one place I return to often. The Pho stock seasoning is well balanced and consistent. The noodles are always cooked correctly and the basil and sprouts are usually quite fresh. The spring rolls are a tad greasy but I...find that at all restaurants. The owner and her kids are very nice and remember your name after you've visited a few times. I agree that it's not the cleanest place but I'll put up with that for the delicious flavours.
