Busy spot, my breakfast was good, service was ok, our server was not very interested, no cutlery, ( as in I took off another table cause the runner that dropped the food didn’t notice either ) ... a big tip to servers.. if you take...a food order.. your customer is going to need cutlery.. look down and if it’s not there... get it there before the food!! no offer of refills, when one breakfast was wrong, it was sent back and it took forever to get it right, only to be returned cold. The best part of this was the manger that did her best to right the wrong... even ran and got a take away breakfast for us as two out of three were done before my friend had eaten... and now she was just done with it.., kudos to the awesome customer service from the manger... she did her best in a busy service, I’ll return because of her attitude and her caring... good job!!More
