My wife and I ate dinner at the 131 Water Kitchen and Bar one evening while in Vancouver. The place what really packed with people, so we had to settle for a counter seat, facing Water Street. We enjoy people watching, so this worked well...for us. The food was good and the beer was cold, with only a short time between ordering and receiving our dinner.
