We had tried out bars in the area and a lot of them mixed tourist drinks, formula drinks. We had gone into the Mosaic and asked first thing before ordering, how do you guys make this particular drink. The nice bartender laughed and said "I...make everything from scratch". We had some excellent cocktails that night. We also had breakfast there one morning. Good service, fast service and the food was pretty good. It is not as cheap as some bars in the area but it is worth going if you appreciate a well made cocktail.
