Been going to Greenfields for years as my go to pub in Barrhaven. Great food and great beer, they have upped their game from an ambience perspective with significant interior and patio investments during COVID. Regrettably they currently have a serious issue with service that...needs sorting ASAP before they lose their faithful clientele. My last three visits in July have all been disappointing simply because of the poor quality of service. One example was when our server decided she was too busy so passed our table to another server. The problem was she didnt tell the second server of the switch so after waitinh another 20 min i finally said something which got a nod but no service for another 15 min. I'm trying to give these guys every chance to fix this as I am sure it has been difficult to stay afloat during the COVID lockdowns. My patience is wearing thin....
