This place is an amazing secret. Probably the best Chinese food in Vancouver proper (i.e. not richmond which is still the 1st choice for authentic chinese food). They specialise in old school chinese-canadian dishes. No fancy fusion stuff here, chow main, chop suey, ginger beef,...and fried rice. But everything they do is like the best version of that dish you are going to find in Vancouver. Every meal feels like it is home cooked, in the best sense of the term. Also by vancouver standards its very cheap for the quality of the food and the size of the protons. It's great for take out or dine in (beautiful mountain views are available on the large windows on a nice day). Favourite dish: the Dai Chin chicken is AMAZING.
