This pizza 73 store and their customer service is absolutely horrible. I ordered a pizza and wing meal from this store and the wings were cold and the pizza was completely wrong. I called the "customer service" line and they advised me that they would...send a new pizza and wing meal to me. I received a call about 5 minutes later saying that they cant deliver it, and the store wants me to bring back the pizza to them (to prove I am not lying) and they will replace it. I had to get ready for work, so I had my older daughter go get it for the family. She had to argue with the staff at pizza 73 over her order being wrong, and they then made her wait while they started to make a new one. When she finally got it, she brought it home, and when we opened the box, it was the WRONG PIZZA AGAIN!! I called the "customer service" line again and told them about this. The 1st "customer service" rep advised me that they made a mistake and ordered the wrong pizza for us, and have a weak "sorry" for this. He then went on to tell me that they will not replace it this time, but rather give us a $15 credit on our file (my original order cost $40). I asked to speak with a supervisor and was put through to someone else. I had to go over the whole incident with this person who advised me that he would increase the credit to $20 but this is the maximum that he can do (and advised that they are unable to do refunds??). The people at "customer service" who I spoke with did not seem to understand what Customer Service actually was and asked me what they should do. I advised them that at a minimum, they should be crediting me the whole amount of my order, but he didn't seem to think that this was a possibility or necessary. In the end, they felt that because I had received 2 pizzas (wrong pizzas) that they had done their job and that a refund or full credit wasn't necessary. In the end I advised them to keep the $20 credit because this complaint wasn't about the money, but rather DOING THE RIGHT THING, which apparently Pizza 73 doesn't know anything about. I WILL NOT be ordering from Pizza 73 every again. They need to understand that customer service is JUST AS IMPORTANT as the product itself.
