Our experience was the twilight zone and traumatic. I brought my out of town bridesmaids here before my wedding. The waitress, "Tally_420" who had green hair, controlled and dictated to us (in a condescending manner) what we were going to order, and if she didn't...like what we said, she would ignore us and walk away! One guest asked for pina colada with lime- she gave an attitude about it and brought a regular one. Then we went to order the full size nachos for our big group. We have different dietary restrictions so we ordered two different ones and she wouldn't let us! She condescendingly told us that we can not order a full size as we wont eat all of it (what! let us decide how much we will eat and how much we want to order!). We argued for a bit and she refused to give us our order and rudely said "no, i am giving you half orders only. I wont let you order more". An East Indian girl next to us at another table asked for a drink and the waitress said "no, it's too sour and you wont like it. I'll get you x drink instead," and left. A big party of Philipino's asked for a photo to be taken of them and she pretended to take the photo before walking away while they were asking for her to take it again. They also asked for more drinks and she told them "no. I cant do that for you". The worst of all of it was the end. We asked for 4 separate bills. She asked seriously "who will give me the most tip" then walked away as we were talking to her. My sister followed and made her give us 4 bills. When she approached the table again, we asked her to come back later as we were sorting who pays (ME as I was treating my bridesmaids). One of them took out a wad of cash, and ignoring my request to come back later, the waitress grabbed cash from my bridesmaids hands and walked away as all of us were asking her to stop. I followed her and said politely to please give me back my bridesmaids cash until we ask her to come back when we have figured the bill. She got in my face and rudely said she's not going to argue with me and that the cash is hers and its already done (which it was not). It escalated so far and she was so rude. The manager just watched the whole situation until we made a fuss about it- then he finally refunded us but wouldn't speak with her. Here is the interesting part- all the white customers at the bar said she was only nice to them. All the tables she was controlling and being rude with were ethnic, including us. Manager ONLY said something when I asserted to him that this was not okay and I started to make a loud fuss- otherwise, he just watched the scenario and ignored it.
