We had a wonderful experience seated around the "sushi river," which allowed us to discover sushi chef (and co-owner) Etienne's creations on a pay-per-plate basis. Etienne was eager to meet everyone's desires, whether those consisted of an ingredient, a concept, or something more specific. We...asked for something "fresh and herbal" and were wowed by a tuna-based Maki combining the flavours of basil and mango. The fried Maki were great, too, and so was dessert! We truly enjoyed this personalized experience, which was refreshing, especially when compared to so many other sushi places that push their pre-made platters/boxes. We'll be back!More
