I rarely write reviews but I need to warn people about this one! I take my grandkids to the arcade here often and had great times. They have lots of big TV's in the lounge so 4 of us thought let's go watch 2 football...games here and give them our business especially after so many places lost business through Covid times. They have football games on there all the time so why not! We made a reservation. The food and waitress was great...no problem there! When there was 1:30 mins left in the first game the floor manager Jessie came over to tell us we had to leave because they have reservations. She would give us till the end of the game to finish (1:30 mins) and we had just gotten another drink! We told her we had planned on staying to watch the Stampeder football game where she quickly and firmly replied "No your not" then added "You have been here longer than 3 hours and you need to leave". Our waitress was extremely embarrassed and kept apologizing that we had to leave. When we got up to leave we could see there were more than 4 seats at the sit up bar that Jessie could have asked us to move to and made us happy customers but instead these 2 families will not be returning to the Rec Room. I later read the online write up where it states the duration of stay at The Rec Room is 2-3 hours so I guess beyond that they didn't want our money or business!! Warning ...spend your hard earned money somewhere else so you do not get kicked out here!More
