I work at the office above La Prep. And this was my second time going. I ask for a Pinacolata smoothie. The servent served me and added Basil without my consent. I paid 4,75$ . i went back upstairs. arrving to my office. It tasted...AWFUL, taste like nothing but oily and water. i went straight back and told him about it. He just plain looked at me and pointed at the pinacolata add posters, and told me. that the recipe. i told him that it doesn't taste like anything. he just told me too bad, you knew what you asked for. i ask him i want my money back, because this is not a way to treat your customer, and if i come to you and tell you what you have provided was bad, dont tell me woopty doo!! anyways, he then told me not to come here anymore. and gave me back my money. and then yelled out , while i was leaving the store, only YOU had a problem, no problem before!!!!!!!!! if you want POOR SERVICE PLEASEEEEEEEEE GO TO THAT LAPREP!! YOU WERE WARNED!!! RIGHT NOW HEADING TO FILE A COMPLAINT!!More
