The staff I would like to specifically comment about is Annie. Being a regular patron of this location, we have not experienced any good service from her at all. She has the ability to make one feel VERY UNWELCOME. The numerous times we have arrived...at the restaurant once it opens or a few minutes later , she would still be busy trying to accomplish her opening duties. It’s either she’s mopping the floor or still trying to clear the dirty tables with dishes from the previous night’s dinner service. Which causes delays in her prompt service. With this increasing threat of virus variants, I believe this is an unsanitary practice to leave lying around overnight as it is a health hazard for staff and most importantly customers. Every time she is our server she makes us feel as if we are a nuisance and an interruption of what she is currently doing. I have other friends and relatives who dines there as well and have the same feeling about her. We have complained about her before but nothing has changed. Being in this industry of constant service to her customers, she should be able to a create a delightful dining experience to her guests. This is such a basic quality which she clearly doesn’t have.
