This is one of the top patisserie outlets in Toronto. A Canadian original so if you want to sample something truly homegrown then this is one way to do it. The decor and ambiance of the place is visually stunning and walking by, you can’t...help but stop and stare and the glorious wonders within the shop window. Spotlessly clean, tastefully designed, the packaging and brightly colored themes demand attention. The macaron selection changes flavor seasonally so pumpkin was available. The flavor of that specific limited edition was subtle and not overwhelming as is the matcha green tea combination. The Peruvian chocolate was a dynamite explosion of robust deep chocolate indulgence, one of the best chocolate macaroons I’ve ever sampled. Products clearly fresh and the cakes are pure works of art. Staff are very well informed and so polite and helpful. You can also get high quality savory items as well as bespoke chocolate bars.
