We have been back twice now to this wonderful little tea bar that offers not only Kumbucha on tap (2 choices) as well as hundreds of different teas--both caffeinated and tisane. I had a large mug of Kumbucha for $5 and it was so delicious!...They had a choice of 2--one was a green tea based with honey and the other, which I had, was an oolong tea based. Both were yummy and carbonated and both tasted like a soda pop. The honey one was sweeter and you can definitely taste the honey! Drinking this Kumbucha was like having a glass of wine or cider and it was that tasty! We also had a tisane tea from Thailand for $5 or $6 and they will keep pouring hot water into the tea leaves until it is tasteless. We managed to get 3 to 4 cups of tea out of it. This particular Thai tea (An Dan Chan??) when poured is a beautiful deep blue color but once you add lemon/lime into it, the color changes to a rich purple color. Totally fascinating! I enjoyed O5 Tea Bar so much that I am bringing my 40 French students down to a Kumbucha experience!More
