It was my second time visiting the location, but undoubtedly it will be my last! My friends and I visited the restaurant as it was one of the few Taiwanese places in downtown Vancouver. We shared the beef noodle soup and deep fried chicken nuggets....The soup was cold! It wasn't even lukewarm, but rather a result from the noodles that they "forgot" to cook! The noodles were still frozen when we tried to eat it. Really shocks me to see that they'd be so careless about their signature dish. The staff didn't deal with our complaint too well either because when we initially asked them to remake it, the server told us that she had to check with her manager when it was clear that the kitchen messed it up! Super duper disappointed and unprofessional service!More
