Decided to try this place out for Happy Hour. We arrived before 1700 as that's when Happy Hour ended. Unfortunately, we did not have a great experience, but was graciously compensated and therefore I gave it an average rating. When I first arrived at 1620,...I spent about 5 minutes waiting for a table despite multiple empty tables. The restaurant has an open concept so its not like you can ignore the people walking in. Once I was seated, I promptly ordered chicken wings and a burger. The food took about 20 minutes to arrive. In the meantime, the rest of my party arrived and ordered their drinks. My drink came, but theirs didn't until we reminded our server about 15 minutes later. The wings were good, but my burger was nothing to write home about. When the rest of my party's food came, their cod burger wasn't good. The cod tasted "too fishy", and the poutine fries were not crispy at all. We also ordered another order of wings that were forgotten and never came until we finally complained about our entire experience thus far. Lastly, until we flagged down our server the couple of times to add to our order and remind him of our delayed drinks, our server never checked in on us. After our complaints, the restaurant took our feedback very well and compensated over half of our meal which was a very nice gesture. We were told that our server was brand new and appreciated our comments. Despite all that, we most likely will not return...
