This is kerrisdale Gem ,a new kid on the block , restaurant decor is very upscale modern casual dinning ,lot of open space move around ,I believe it is under the Grand Dynasty Group , ,surprise me was the name of the restaurant , ""...Southern Delicacy " ,I thought it is Southern style Thai cuisines , , No ,it is almost 100% Chinese Seafood restaurant ,! price range is moderate ,the seafood is very fair market price , the menu is very good variety to choose from ,but funny half the appetizer menu is Chicken , my personal favourites is the Deep Fried Chicken ,and Pepper Salt Spice Clam , also The crispy spare ribs , staff is too friendly ,try to push you order the lobster and another seafood ,but I understand it is a new restaurant , they have to try hard ,over all , very courteous staff , if you are in the neighborhood drop in and try it out , ,very satisfied the whole restaurant , lot of street parking ,oh , so far ,Cash only !More
