I used to like this place but lately feel it has gone downhill. The quality of the food is now very hit or miss (seared fish that tastes of lighter fluid recently) and last week they completely forgot my order (nothing complicated, just a bento...box). I waited to see if it would eventually arrive but after my wife's orders had arrived and been eaten we decided it was too late and we would just leave. When we came to pay my order was on the bill! When I told them it had never arrived they of course removed it but frankly I think a place with more class would have waived the whole bill, not just the part we never received. Sadly, I have given them the benefit of the doubt too often and have given up on Ebisu. There are plenty of alternatives in the vicinity!More
