Earlier today at 2:30pm, I placed an order for a future delivery for a family dinner at 7:00pm. Thought I was being proactive! When the delivery did arrive, they did not have the salads and sauces that I ordered earlier! Needless to say, I had...hungry and angry people waiting at the table. I called customer service who only said sorry and we will give you 5.00 credit on a 60.00 order and tip! Still waiting for the salads and dips for the last 15mins. Pizza is in the oven heating. Considering all the other pizza restaurants out there, I will no longer use pizza nova ever again and will share my experience! Customer service and organization is very limited!!!!! Don’t want anything to do with this company! They can keep there 5.00. Sincerely, Former pissed off customerMore
