We just came back from a miserable Christmas dinner at the Windsor Arms. I see from earlier reviews on this site that we are not alone with our disappointment...wish we had looked them up before booking. 7 of us decided to go for a special...Christmas dinner ... looked at the Royal York, Old Mill and the Windsor Arms ...we picked the Windsor Arms based on their reputation and location @ 8pm. The earlier seating was full ...a good sign we thought. It was miserable mistake -advertised as a Christmas Dinner Buffet. Roasts, Ham and Turkey with all the trimmings. Well they lie ...no turkey and picked over buffet leftovers from the 6 pm seating ..dirty tables and filthy washrooms. STAY AWAY !!!!.you would be better off at Frans for the Turkey Special and pocket the leftover $$. They tried to charge us $85 per head for this miserable excuse for a Christmas Dinner ...we refused and had heated discussion and ended up at 50% off ...still not worth it ...they ruined our Christmas dinner.
