First and last time at this pub. On Fri Oct 14, two male staff at entrance left us waiting/feeling awkward while they searched unsuccessfully for our reservation, then questioned whether we'd booked it correctly. I pulled up confirm # on my phone and they found it, then said they'd only been using Open Table for a week so weren't familiar with how to use it. Ok fine. But then our host felt that was reason enough to behave as though he was doing us a favour by finding us a table. After his 3rd request for us to vacate the table he'd set us up at to move to yet another table, we were more than done. We got up and went across the road to the Bedford Academy and were seated immediately and served promptly.
